Stony Brook Women’s Basketball continued rolling on Saturday afternoon, winning its fourth straight game, taking down New Hampshire 62-56 at Lundholm Gymnasium.
Stony Brook Women’s Lacrosse has won at an incredible rate in recent seasons, especially against inferior competition, against whom the team has been nearly perfect.
The Seawolves used a 40-point second half to defeat the Wildcats 64-61 at Island Federal Credit Union Arena on Wednesday night, bringing the team’s record to 7-2 in America East play.
“We just have to keep working hard,” sophomore middle blocker Taylor Wilson said. “We have to keep going, we have to push and we have to take wins when we can take them.”
“Our focus has been on improving since day one,” head coach Coley Pawlikowski said. “We’re getting better, we’re improving everyday. That’s all we can hope for.”
The Stony Brook Football defense dominated from the onset, as the team beat Delaware, 21-3, at Delaware Stadium on Saturday afternoon for the team’s third consecutive victory.
