An animal rights advocacy organization has filed a lawsuit against SBU to force the university to release records on a dog being used in a research laboratory.
At a Tuesday, Sept. 9 meeting, the Suffolk County Legislature unanimously passed a bill that would create a task force to address the issue of coastal erosion on the North Shore of Long Island.
