The Stony Brook men’s lacrosse team split its recent matchups, edging out Hofstra 11-10 on Tuesday, March 26. However, the Seawolves lost to the Marist College Red Foxes by a score of 10-5 on Saturday, March 3.
Stony Brook Men’s Lacrosse entered the contest against Brown on Saturday, Feb. 23, coming off a frigid performance against No.4-ranked Penn State on Saturday, Feb. 16. The Seawolves excelled on offense by finishing with eight different scorers and earning the 13-11 victory over the Bears for their first victory this season.
Now replete with a heavy mixture of experienced juniors and refining sophomores, the team is striving for championship success that has eluded them since 2012.
