Stony Brook University Hospital is accepting community donations for personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, N95 3M 1860 masks, protective eyewear, goggles, disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer.
The Three Village Civic Association posted later on Sunday that “due to a worldwide shortage, Stony Brook University Hospital did not receive the swabs needed to conduct their COVID-19 drive-thru testing as planned and is now on hold.”
