The No. 14-ranked Stony Brook men’s lacrosse team rallied from a four-goal deficit in the third quarter. But just like the last meeting, the Seawolves fell in overtime — this time by a final score of 14-13 on Saturday, April 24.
The Stony Brook men’s lacrosse team fought valiantly in their first-ever matchup with the Syracuse Orange. Such efforts couldn’t beat the No. 7 ranked team in the nation, as the Seawolves lost 17-9 at the Carrier Dome amid a worrisome skid of losses.
On the heels of a confidence-inspiring win over No. 15 USC, the Stony Brook women’s lacrosse team took to the Carrier Dome to play the Syracuse Orange on Saturday, Feb. 27, and lost by a final score of 16-6.
After 262 days filled with uncertainty, the Stony Brook women’s basketball team played their first game since last season’s abrupt end. However, their home opener was crashed by the Fordham Rams, who beat the Seawolves by a final score of 62-58.
