The Seawolves hosted the Northeastern Huskies on Saturday to wrap up their four-game homestand at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium. The team was unable to generate any offense against the Huskies, as they were shutout 1-0.
A 15-day rest period was not enough time to prepare for what came the Seawolves way on Saturday. The Stony Brook football team lost their first road game of the year 20-3 at the UMass Minutemen.
The Seawolves returned home to Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium to host the Manhattan Jaspers on Thursday, Sept. 15. Stony Brook played a much better game on both ends of the field, leading them to a 1-1 tie against the Jaspers.
Neither the offense nor the defense could get it done for the Stony Brook men’s soccer team in its return home. The Seawolves hosted the Merrimack Warriors on Tuesday, at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium.
