The No. 6-ranked Stony Brook women’s lacrosse team defeated the No. 11 Princeton Tigers by a final score of 18-12 on Sunday, March 8 at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium. The game marks the Seawolves’ second win over a ranked opponent, third win at home and fourth win of the season.
Students from the School of Social Welfare organized a petition titled, “Help Make the School of Social Welfare More Inclusive & Accessible” last month. Nearly 700 students have signed the petition to add handicap accessibility buttons to the two entrance doors to the School of Social Welfare.

Maame-Esi Otoo is the only female on the Undergraduate Student Government’s seven-member Executive Council.
Otoo, a senior business major, is the vice president of Clubs and Organizations, and she “know[s] how to do the job.”
