For the third straight year, the Stony Brook volleyball team began the season with an 0-3 record. The Seawolves were swept at the Florida Atlantic Tournament in Boca Raton on Aug. 27 and 28 despite double-doubles from sophomore outside hitter Leoni Kunz in the first two games.

The Seawolves fell to 4-6 on the season after dropping three of five in North Florida. Bria Green was a spotlight on the weekend, driving in six runs.

Elizabeth Snow's off-the-bat ball kept going until it ended up over the fence, breaking the hearts of the Stony Brook faithful and sending the Albany section into eruption.
