The annual Stony Brook Creative Explosion was held on Oct. 13 at 8 p.m. in the Student Activities Center auditorium and showcased this year’s homecoming court’s talents.
Friday, April 17 marked the beginning of campaigning, and starting on April 27, the SOLAR system will open up for voting. Elections officially end on May 1.
Coexisting with the busiest time of the academic year is flu season, and as students prepare for the end of the semester, they may also be fighting off the latest strain of the virus.
Each of the eight Freshman Class Representative candidates are working hard on their campaigns this week, as the day to vote is quickly approaching. While they each have different reasons for running, varying goals for the position and different ways they plan to achieve those goals, each candidate expressed their desire to see the freshman class represented well.
