The Stony Brook men's lacrosse team fell to the Vermont Catamounts by a final score of 19-10 on Saturday, April 30. They finished with a 9-5 record, second place in the America East.
The Stony Brook men’s lacrosse team watched the UMBC Retrievers build up a five-goal lead by the middle of the second quarter, but an elite performance at the faceoff X and the X position secured the 13-11 road win on Saturday, April 23.
“We were unselfish today,” head coach Anthony Gilardi said. “If you look at the box score a lot of guys got involved. Just like our last game against Dartmouth, the more guys we have on the scoresheet the better offense we are playing.”
