The rocky start to Stony Brook’s non-conference schedule continued Friday afternoon, as the Seawolves fell in straight sets to the Boston College Eagles.
After their first tournament at Holy Cross last week, the Stony Brook Seawolves women’s volleyball team travelled to Syracuse for the Syracuse Candlewood Suites Invitational opposing them against four challenging teams including the school of Colorado, Rutgers and Okland Universities.

After winning three games earlier in the week, Stony Brook had its five-game winning streak ended by Holy Cross when it dropped two games on Sunday, 3-1 and 5-3.
The Stony Brook Softball won its first two home games of the season on Saturday afternoon against the College of Holy Cross, performing well in a doubleheader on Saturday and taking the first game 7-0 and the second 10-1 in five innings.
