Two goals early in the first half — separated by less than three minutes — would end up being all the Stony Brook men’s soccer team needed to capture a win. Coming off a victory versus Siena, the Seawolves, led by senior striker Jarred Dass, captured another 2-1 victory on Wednesday, Sept. 18 in the Battle of Long Island versus the Hofstra University Pride.
The six goals scored by the Seawolves are the most the team has ever produced under head coach Ryan Anatol, and their most since 1995, where the team scored 13 in a game against Old Westbury on Sept. 13.

The Stony Brook men’s soccer team fought through a scoreless second half to hold on and secure a 2-0 victory on Monday, Aug. 27 against St. Francis Brooklyn in its first home game of the season.
