Stony Brook University has become one of the most well known and respected institutions in the country. Each year, the university admits a more accomplished and more competitive freshman class.

In his annual presentation to the campus community, President Stanley looked back on the university’s success, but also highlighted the challenging road ahead in his State of the University Address.
