Project Adventure Challenge Course is mentally and physically demanding, and aims to improve the academic and social lives of participants through team building and low rope elements.
With midterms approaching, sometimes stress can get the best of students. But students studying at Melville Library on Thursday had the opportunity to pet their stress away.
The program also included musical performances and provided information about on-campus resources for those struggling with feelings of depression or hopelessness.
