    All classes canceled ahead of impending snowstorm

    Stony Brook University has canceled all classes and events on Monday, Feb. 1 ahead of an impending snowstorm, according to a campus-wide email.

    Responding bomb and canine unit officers confirmed that the man, 33-year-old Robert Roden, was carrying three explosive devices in his backpack when he was taken into custody on Tuesday night.
