The team was unable to snap a six-game losing streak against its America East rivals, as No. 11 Albany steamrolled No. 13 Stony Brook in the final minutes of the game, winning 16-10 on Saturday afternoon.
Stony Brook fell to Albany yet again, this time in men's lacrosse, as the Great Danes won their third-straight America East Championship, 22-9, Saturday morning.
