The Statesman talked to players from the lacrosse and baseball teams to get an insight on the upcoming spring season. Stony Brook’s spring sports teams are entering their final season as part of the America East conference. In the face of the championship ban, veteran players remain optimistic, focusing on self-improvement, teamwork and striving to find victory during every game so they can make it to the championship without out the conference bid.
